At the end of October 2010, I called Tassimo people explaining how my team had left.
They were quite nice and it has sent me coupons for free tassimo discs packages.
However, he commissioned to write at Good Housekeeping (as supposedly the third company dealing with broken machines).
They told me that I get a coupon for a free replacement team.
I wrote to Good Housekeeping on October 29, 2010, and here I am, February 2011 and never heard of them.
Now, I have coupons for free albums, but no equipment to be used in.
Do not buy again.
